Some Photos from Day 7 & 8 Las Vagas

Breakfast in Paris! (YUMMY!) Spending the night at my dear friend Liz's and enjoying doing nothing, perhaps that is good! She has such a beautiful place and her kids have grown so-wow! Thank you Liz for wonderful hospitality (and the coolest water in Vegas!!)

After one of the highest natural highs of my entire life yesterday, today I woke up to reading my nephew's facebook status saying "RIP Grandpa Tim" My sister Shirley's biological father was Tim, a wonderful man with a great sense of humor. He passed away sometime in his sleep. He had been diagnosed with Liver Cancer only this past spring. I didn't expect it so soon, and I know it will be hard on my mother. He meant alot to us. I am somber, sad and going through a gambit of emotions today. Still, Vegas can provide nice distractions if one wants them. Today I had waited for since I was a teenager-A Tattoo!!

Laura goes first

Then Me (This is in the front window of a shop in the mall on the strip-the best in Vegas!!)

Our Tattoo Artist

Getting tattooed in Vegas! (Hey Mikki, he looks a bit like Adam Lambert!!!)

  1. About time! Now does this mean I have to get more to keep the race on?
